One for the white chocolate lovers. Creamy Belgian white chocolate ganache encased in a pretty pink blushed shell of crisp white chocolate.		 VANILLA

WHISKEY
Tennessee sour mash whiskey blended into a smooth dark ganache then encased in a crisp copper shell of bittersweet dark chocolate.
TANZANIA EXTRA BITTER TRUFFLES
Beautiful smooth truffles made from single origin Tanzania chocolate dipped in 75% couverture and cocoa powder.

JAVA MILK TRUFFLES
Java single origin milk chocolate blended with cream and butter into a truffle, dipped in milk couverture and rolled in cocoa powder.

CARAMEL TRUFFLES
Caramel chocolate blended into a buttery ganache then hand dipped in caramel couverture and cocoa powder.
A special blend of Belgian chocolate and extra bitter cocoa powder complete with recipe and measure. Just blend with milk for the perfect hot chocolate treat.

COCONUT

Crisp shell of bitter-sweet dark Belgian chocolate filled with a liquid centre of gorgeous caramel with Fleur de Sel de Camargue from Provence.
Our chocolatier will hand select an assortment from our range of white, dark and milk chocolates unless otherwise requested. The postage will be calculated for each order and combined where appropriate. Please note all our deliveries require a signature.
